September’s Economic Club luncheon will feature a panel discussion focused on the future economic opportunities for downtown Lansing. We are pleased to hear insights from Cathleen Edgerly with Downtown Lansing, Inc. and local developers, property management and commercial real estate service providers Van Martin (Martin Commercial Properties), Pat Gillespie (Gillespie Group) and John Hindo (Boji Group). The program moderator will lead a wide range of discussion topics including housing and office space needs, future developments, new and old challenges and why a strong urban core is necessary for a growing and thriving region.
